The opening, scene-setting, statement by Morgan Carpenter, secretary of OII Australia, at yesterday’s hearing of the Senate Community Affairs Committee inquiry into involuntary and coerced sterilisation.
Gina Wilson and Morgan Carpenter had the honour of speaking to the Senate’s Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee regarding intersex provisions in the Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Bill.
IHRA’s Morgan Carpenter wrote and presented this paper at the After ‘Homosexual’ conference in Melbourne in February 2012. The focus is on intersectionalities with same-sex attracted people.
