We are pleased to share this briefing on intersex rights, recognition and reform in Western Australia. It was commissioned by the Western Australian Department of Communities for its WA Government LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Strategy Reference Group.

It was written by lead author Toby Whittington, with contributions and review by Michelle McGrath, Cr David Goncalves and Dr Morgan Carpenter.
