We have made a submission to the Law Reform Commission of NSW on reform of the Anti-Discrimination Act (NSW).

The submission recommends alignment with most other Australian jurisdictions to provide protections on grounds of sex characteristics, with consequential changes to the definition of direct discrimination.

The submission also considers exemptions by religious and sporting institutions.
