Submission on proposed superannuation regulations

IHRA made a submission in response to a public consultation by Commonwealth Attorney General's Department on proposed superannuation regulations. The consultation sought advice on whether or not specific regulations are necessary in relation to the treatment of intersex and transgender peoples.

Our submission was an opportunity to address incoherent understandings of people with innate variations of sex characteristics, and seek a more harmonious position that addresses longstanding issues known to the Department.
